Xeomin®
Xeomin is a purified form of botulinum toxin, a neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes muscles by blocking nerve signals. Xeomin is a botulinum toxin type A, but it's made from a different type than Botox. Xeomin is designed without complexing proteins, which can help prevent the body from developing antibodies that reduce the treatment's effectiveness.
It’s widely used in cosmetic treatments to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, particularly on the forehead, around the eyes (crow’s feet), and between the eyebrows (frown lines).
By preventing the underlying muscles from contracting, Xeomin smooths out the overlying skin, giving it a more youthful appearance.
In addition to wrinkle reduction, Xeomin is also used for other skin-related concerns, such as reducing excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) and softening the appearance of a gummy smile.
The effects typically last 3-6 months, after which the treatment can be repeated to maintain smoother, wrinkle-free skin.
FILLERS
Fillers are injectable substances used to restore lost volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. Commonly made from hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally found in the skin, fillers help plump areas that have thinned due to aging, such as the cheeks, lips, and under-eye hollows. They can also smooth out lines around the nose and mouth, known as nasolabial folds and marionette lines.

DYSPORT®
Dysport (abobotulinumtoxinA) is a neurotoxin injectable, similar to Botox, used to temporarily relax facial muscles that cause wrinkles and fine lines, particularly frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines). It works by blocking nerve signals to the targeted muscles, preventing them from contracting and smoothing out the skin.
Compared to Botox, Dysport has a slightly quicker onset, with effects visible in 2-3 days, and it spreads more easily, making it ideal for treating larger areas. However, Botox offers more precision for smaller, focused regions, like around the eyes.

Both products provide temporary wrinkle reduction lasting 3-6 months, but individual preferences may vary depending on treatment area and desired outcome. Dysport is favored for broader applications, while Botox is often chosen for more precise treatments.
SCULPTRA®
Sculptra is an injectable dermal filler made from poly-L-lactic acid, a biocompatible substance that stimulates collagen production. Unlike Botox or Dysport, which temporarily relax facial muscles to smooth wrinkles, Sculptra works by gradually restoring facial volume lost due to aging. It’s often used to treat deeper facial wrinkles, folds, and hollow areas, such as the cheeks and temples.
The effects of Sculptra develop over time, usually requiring multiple sessions, but its results last longer, up to two years or more, as it rebuilds the skin's natural collagen structure. In contrast, Botox and Dysport provide quicker but temporary wrinkle reduction by relaxing muscles, with effects lasting around 3-6 months.
Sculptra is ideal for patients seeking long-term facial volumization and gradual enhancement.
